Dakar NOLA hosted an extraordinary evening with ‘Chef Serigne and Friends’ featuring Michelin-starred Chef Georgiana Viou, recognized for her celebrated restaurant Rouje in Nîmes and her mastery of blending French and West African flavors. Guests savored an exquisite menu that included ataya tea, plantain bread, Gulf crab salad with fonio crackers, Bouillabaisse with red snapper, Gulf shrimp and okra, yassa poulet and white rice with tri-color bell peppers, moringa sorbet with palm wine, and mi-cuit au chocolat.
