Dakar NOLA Has a New Home.
We’re beginning a new chapter, one that allows us to continue sharing our story with greater depth and intention. At the heart of it all is teranga — the Senegalese tradition of hospitality rooted in warmth, generosity, and care. It’s what guides how we cook, how we serve, and how we welcome you.
Our new location is located at 937 Leonidas Street, New Orleans, Louisiana, 70118.
Reservations can be made on OpenTable and are available in a 21-day rolling reservations window that opens daily at 10:00 AM CT.
We are open Tuesday through Saturday, and closed Sunday and Monday. Our seating times are: 4:00 PM, 6:30 PM, and 8:45 PM CT. Our communal table, which seats one to six guests, is available at 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM CT.
Because each course is served to everyone at once, we ask that all guests arrive on time.

If you are traveling to Dakar using a ride share service such as Uber or Lyft, please enter our our address, 937 Leonidas Street, as your destination. Should you enter Dakar NOLA as your destination, it may take you to our former location on Magazine Street. We’ve been informed that it may take a few weeks for the ride share services to show our new address.
