In anticipation of her forthcoming cookbook, Catch Me In the Kitchen: 195 Recipes: One Dish from Every Country in the World (National Geographic 2027), world traveler and author Jessica Nabongo has launched a Supper Club which allows diners to experience new countries without leaving the United States. You may not be able to travel to every country in the world, but your tastebuds can! Jessica will co-host a Senegalese dinner at Dakar with Chef Serigne on August 9th at 4:30pm. Chef Serigne contributed a Yassa Poisson recipe to Jessica’s book. The dish will be served at this special dinner and you can see the pair cooking the dish together on YouTube!
